Eyeshadow Base

This is what I use whenever I apply eyeshadow. Ulta eye base. It normally costs $6.50 but I usually pick one or two up when they have their Ulta brand cosmetics buy one get one free. This stuff is the best. It keeps your eyeshadow on all day and makes the colors more vivid. As an added bonus you can apply it right under your eyes to cover up dark circles, it works wonders.
